1. Irregular heartbeat Also known as arrhythmia, inconsistent heartbeats are strong indications of a heart attack. They occur suddenly, followed by anxiety and panic attacks. Sometimes, the heart rate increases (tachycardia) dramatically even with minor physical exercise. It usually lasts for up to 2 minutes and might result in dizziness and fatigue if it persists. If this happens, call a doctor immediately.
Other signsChest pain While only about 30% of women might suffer chest pains due to an impending attack, the condition is worst in men and often serves as a strong signal that you might be at risk of a heart attack. The pain might spread to the arms, shoulders, stomach, neck or the lower jaw.
